We are FusionStack, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Junior Brand Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
