We are OpenCircuit, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Junior Creative Director to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
