We are Stratos Cloud, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Junior Database Administrator to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
