We are TechNest, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Junior Director of Product to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Analyze product metrics and run experiments to drive growth
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Work with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
- Identify market opportunities through user research and competitive analysis

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
