We are BrightPath Systems, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Junior Head of Product to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Work with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
- Analyze product metrics and run experiments to drive growth

What We're Looking For:
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
