We are Helios Dev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Junior Marketing Analyst to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain email marketing workflows and automation
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Create and oversee content strategy across all owned channels
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
- Manage SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Collaborate with design and product teams on go-to-market strategy

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
