We are TechNest, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Junior MLOps Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments

What We're Looking For:
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
