We are Meridian Labs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Junior Security Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts

What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
