We are BrightPath Systems, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Junior Technical Project Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
