We are Stratos Cloud, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Lead Art Director to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
What We're Looking For:
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
