We are Stratos Cloud, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Lead Business Analyst to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams

What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
