We are Axiom Labs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Lead Delivery Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities

- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
