We are BlueprintDev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Lead iOS Developer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code

What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
