What You'll Do:
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals

- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
