We are OmniTech, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Lead Solutions Architect to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution

- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
