We are JetStreamDev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Email Marketing Specialist to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social platforms
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
- Build and maintain email marketing workflows and automation
- Manage SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Create and oversee content strategy across all owned channels

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
