We are HelixSoft, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Mid-Level NLP Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure

What We're Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
