We are VectorSpace, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Platform Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements

- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
