We are Stratos Cloud, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Product Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback

What We're Looking For:
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
