We are Nexus Systems, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Security Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs

What We're Looking For:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
