We are Horizon Stack, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Site Reliability Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team

What We're Looking For:
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
