We are Horizon Stack, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Mid-Level UX Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
