We are WaveSync, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Principal Creative Director to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
What We're Looking For:
- Experience shaping long-term technical vision and strategy
- Demonstrated impact at the company or industry level
- 10+ years of deep expertise in your domain
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
- Strong external presence through publications, talks, or open source
