We are BlueprintDev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Principal Data Scientist to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure

What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
- Experience shaping long-term technical vision and strategy
- Demonstrated impact at the company or industry level
- 10+ years of deep expertise in your domain
- Strong external presence through publications, talks, or open source
