We are KineticDev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Principal Infrastructure Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code

What We're Looking For:
- Experience shaping long-term technical vision and strategy
- Demonstrated impact at the company or industry level
- 10+ years of deep expertise in your domain
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
- Strong external presence through publications, talks, or open source
