We are Meridian Labs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Principal Operations Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements

- Experience shaping long-term technical vision and strategy
- Strong external presence through publications, talks, or open source
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
