We are PulseCloud, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Principal Scrum Master to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities

What We're Looking For:
- Strong external presence through publications, talks, or open source
- Demonstrated impact at the company or industry level
- 10+ years of deep expertise in your domain
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
- Experience shaping long-term technical vision and strategy
