We are IronKite, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Principal Technical Project Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs

What We're Looking For:
- Experience shaping long-term technical vision and strategy
- 10+ years of deep expertise in your domain
- Demonstrated impact at the company or industry level
- Strong external presence through publications, talks, or open source
