We are HelixSoft, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Principal UX Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
What We're Looking For:
- Experience shaping long-term technical vision and strategy
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
- Demonstrated impact at the company or industry level
- 10+ years of deep expertise in your domain
- Strong external presence through publications, talks, or open source
