We are WaveSync, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Principal Visual Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups

- 10+ years of deep expertise in your domain
- Strong external presence through publications, talks, or open source
- Demonstrated impact at the company or industry level
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
