We are KineticDev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Senior Art Director to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions

- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
