We are Stratos Cloud, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Senior Creative Director to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation

- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
