What You'll Do:
- Work with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features
- Identify market opportunities through user research and competitive analysis
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
- Analyze product metrics and run experiments to drive growth
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives

- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
