We are Quantum Works, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Senior React Native Developer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
