We are StardustLabs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Senior Scrum Master to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements

What We're Looking For:
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
