We are Stratos Cloud, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Senior Visual Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback

What We're Looking For:
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
