We are Axiom Labs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Staff Email Marketing Specialist to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Collaborate with design and product teams on go-to-market strategy
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social platforms
What We're Looking For:
- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
