We are NexGen Digital, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Staff Software Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure

What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
