We are LoopStack, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Staff UX Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications

What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
