About the Role
StardustLabs is a fast-growing technology company building sales tools for modern teams. We are fully distributed and passionate about solving hard problems at scale. As a Staff Account Executive, you will play a key role in shaping our culture from anywhere in the world.

What You'll Do:
- Identify customer needs and align solutions to their goals
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to team growth
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Develop and deliver compelling product demos to potential clients
- Collaborate with customer success on seamless handoffs post-sale

What We're Looking For:
- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
